Our Mission

At Trekkers Nacho Average, we aim to redefine the nacho adventure. Our mission is to provide unique and memorable flavors that connect your favorite hero or villain with your foodie experience.

How Trekker’s Nacho Average was made

Trekker’s began with a birthday conversation. The morning Chuck turned 60, he told Bev he was ready to leave his career behind. When Bev asked what he wanted to do instead, his answer came quickly: “Open a restaurant!”

That simple idea soon became a family adventure. Chuck and Bev invited their kids over and spent time perfecting recipes by tasting salsas and experimenting with dirty sodas as they envisioned what Trekker’s could become. While searching for a location, the right building became available at just the right time!

Chuck and Bev feel incredibly blessed to have found the Mattawan location and are grateful to share what they have created with the community.
